Boundaries 101

In this workshop, we’re looking at how we can best set boundaries in a way that serves us and everyone in our lives.

Saying no. It can feel like an incredibly difficult thing sometimes. We don’t want to let people down or cause friction. We want to be the best we can be for as many people as possible. But constant people-pleasing can take a huge toll on our energy levels, leaving us feeling low and resentful. Knowing how to set boundaries is an essential tool in our wellbeing tool kit.

Call out your critic

We all want to be the best versions of ourselves but things like imposter syndrome, not feeling good enough and having low confidence often create patterns of self-sabotage that often leave us feeling overwhelmed, frustrating and like we’re behind in our lives. 

Imagine for just a second how awesome your life would be without these invisible strings holding you back. If you could not only see but reprogram your beliefs to make your life easier.

Action over avoidance

How to stop living for other people. This workshop helps you take action to make your dreams happen. To move out of your comfort zone (or anxiety un-comfort zone) and into the realm of believing in yourself! We'll go through tools and strategies to move out of living for others and people-pleasing and into knowing and understanding yourself to help you move towards what makes you happy. 

Boost your mood with food 

This session is being run by Carli a registered nutritional therapist. She's passionate about mental health having spent over 10 years suffering from chronic stress, anxiety and exhaustion before leaving behind a successful finance career.

During this workshop she’ll help you understand, why gut health is so important for mood, hormones, and immunity. How to support gut health. What to eat to improve your mood. Key nutrients to support the nervous system. Plus your quiz on gut health and recipe PDF.

Hormonal Health  

Pamela instantly grabbed my attention as someone who is super knowledgeable about women's hormonal health. We have very little access to good quality information on our hormones and I thought who better to welcome to the Club than Pamela!
In this workshop, you'll discover how we move through different phases of our cycle and how you can prepare for perimenopause and menopause and avoid a bumpy ride along the way. She shares wisdom on hormones, diet, exercise and recommended supplements too. This is a must-watch.

Bhakti Yoga - Restorative flow  

Join Holistic Wellbeing Coach & Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Teacher Liz Joy Oakley for a soothing practice dedicated to Self-Care. Liz will weave in elements of breathwork & mindfulness to help ease Anxiety & Stress.

Expect a fun and relaxing Flow to Restore sequence designed to help untangle the body and unravel the mind - leaving you feeling completely blissed out!

Chakra Chanting Gong Bath  

This is an incredibly powerful energy and sound practice that can really help shift stagnant energy and re-connect you to your inner energy sources. The chanting can be done in your head too, so if you're worried about your neighbours hearing your chanting, you can release that fear. 

Review, Release, Renew  

This year we combined the power of Winter Solstice, a perfect time for grieving, letting go and inviting in the light. During this yearly check in we REVIEW the year gone by, then we check in on our gratitude and forgiveness before we RELEASE all that we do not wish to carry with us into our new year and finally, we RENEW our intentions wishes and goals for the year ahead.

Tapping for Exhaustion 

This is a group EFT tapping workshop based on clearing the exhaustion that we're all feeling right now and connecting you back to your zest for life.

We will work together to tap and clear feelings of exhaustion whilst still allowing for a good nights sleep.
