You can take control of your mental and emotional health and live a happy life. When I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and PTSD, I felt like my life was over.
I have been on a healing journey since 2016 and I just turned 40. Maybe it’s my age or something but I have decided that I no longer want to live my life in a way that makes me feel depressed, anxious or not good enough. For years I never felt comfortable in my own skin. I always thought there was something wrong with me, but through this journey, I have learned, I am not alone, thousands of women feel this way too and there is another way.
If you’re anything like me, you want to be happy but your emotions and thoughts seem to get in the way. And maybe you’ve tried talk therapy, meditation and yoga but found you couldn’t really do any of them or at least couldn’t be consistent. Life always seems to get in the way or you know what to do but end up not doing it. The frustration kicks in and it just makes you feel bad.

Life isn't always easy so why make it harder on ourselves by trying to predict the outcome all the time? Because guess what... it's unlikely you'll guess the future correctly anyway.

Who made you the queen of happiness?
Well, first off I wouldn't call myself the queen of happiness but I have learnt a thing or two about rejoicing in life over the years. I'm a suicide survivor, having lived most of my life with depression and anxiety and now I am FREE of all that shit and I want to share my methods. Actually, I don't want to share them, I want to shout from the rooftops THIS WORKS!!! YOU CAN BE FREE AND HAPPY!
I used to spend my life worried, confused and overwhelmed. My head was full of thoughts and problems and my body was full of anxiety. Now I am happy 98.3% of the time (come on, everyone has the occasional bad day).
I want to show you that happiness is not some far off destination, it's not something you have to wait for. It's something you can cultivate with simple daily practices.
Who IS she?
